OFFICE & LIVING SPACES
To ensure that our office is a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we have established a set of house rules that all employees, visitors, and contractors are expected to abide by.

General
-
Keep common areas, such as the kitchen and meeting rooms, clean and tidy.
-
Respect the privacy and personal space of others.
-
No smoking inside the premises

Kitchen
-
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher (not in the sink!).
-
If dishwasher is full but not running, please run it on a quick cycle (press the wine glass icon - 36 min cycle). Dishwashing pods are located under the sink in Hôtel-Dieu and Broussais and can be placed directly in the dish washer.
-
If dishwasher is full or running, handwash dishes.

Collaborative Spaces
-
Clean spaces after you’ve finished using them (replace seats around the table, clean whiteboards and table surface if needed).
-
No food or drink allowed in lab spaces or in phone booths.
Visitor Policy
Site residents are permitted to receive external visitors. If you plan to host group visits or individual external guests, such as investors, sales representatives, or equipment service technicians, it is required that you notify the appropriate BioLabs team in advance.
